5-Axis Routing

The capabilities - and benefits - of routing are quite literally taken to a whole new dimension with 5-axis technology. With its multiple-axis robotic heads, this router can trim and rout parts that are deep or that have multiple surfaces and angles - all from one set-up. The pivoting head can be tilted at virtually any angle to achieve precision trimming and finishing. 5-Axis routing is one of the many CNC machining capabilities available from Goldleaf Plastics.

  • Used to trim and deep cut a wide range of items such as bakery trays, trailer tubs, truck bed liners, ATV roofs, gas tank shields and storage bins
